Marcel’s career spans PropTech, Real Estate, FinTech and Renewable Energy, where he has led transformation initiatives, scaled new business models, and overseen high-impact projects from concept through execution. His work is defined by a rare ability to connect strategic thinking with disciplined delivery — particularly in real estate and renewable energy project development, where navigating risk, regulation, capital, and implementation is critical to success.
Marcel earned his Diplom-Ökonom (Dipl.-oec.) degree from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, a highly respected German research university known for its strong academic standards and well-rated programs in business and economics.
